Class Descriptions

 

Circuit Class – Varied circuit sets to work on Stamina, Abs, Upper body strength and agility.

 

All-In-One Fitness –this 1 hour workout focuses on all aspects of fitness. From Cardio, to resistance,
to core training, this class offers an all over workout

 

Swiss Ball Class - aimed at strengthening the core muscles. Through exercises and the use of weights,
we will produce a balance overall body workout that will leave you feeling stronger inside and out.

 

New Daily Drop in Circuits - various Circuits will be in place in the Studio on the above days and
times for you to use at your leisure:  A great way to add variety to your work out at a time to
suit you! Please see a member of the team for details or assistance

 

20:20:20 Fitness Class & LBT Aerobics – Run by sue, these classes are always popular and include a
variety of aerobic workouts as well as Legs, Bums and Tums

 

Boxing Circuits - Varied circuit sets to work on Stamina, Abs, Upper body strength and agility using
boxing techniques and equipment

 

Spin Sessions – We have NTX Spinner bikes and a new TV with the latest spin work out disks set up in
the studio. This way you can enjoy your spinning workout at any time, on any day to suit you!

ALL Abs Class – our new class will focus on working

your whole abdominal area

 

Street Dance – using this popular and current dance style, classes

will help you learn the moves and keep fit!

 

 

All Classes are free to DK Health & Fitness Members

 

Space in classes is limited so please book your place at
reception before attending
