located at Tripes Farm in Orpington, Kent.

We offer a welcoming fitness environment and a reassuring atmosphere for
members of all ages and abilities.

Our unique membership programme includes access to all classes, no peak / off peak
 restrictions and no suffocating contracts.

As an independent health and fitness centre, we are able to offer our members bespoke fitness
programmes and classes without the restrictions of overbearing corporate management.
